Massage FAQ's

First Appointment
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first treatment, to allow ample time to check-in, and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing the effectiveness of your massage. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Late Policy
Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are canceled and must be rescheduled. Please see our Cancellation & No Show policy for charge details. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.

Cancellation & No Show
Guests may cancel their appointment by giving at least a 48-hour notice. We do not provide refunds for canceled/no show appointments. Massage Packages, multiple service reservations, or No show, guests are charged at full value for cancellation without appropriate notice. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if the service time is available and other guests are not inconvenienced. Last minute cancellations, same day cancellations, will be charged 100% of the service value and are not refundable or available for massage credit. 

Gift Certificate, Service Sales, and Retail Sales Policy
All service sales, retail sales and gift certificate sales are final, with no refunds. If the appointment made to redeem a gift certificate is not canceled or rescheduled within a reasonable time, as stated in the policies above, we will redeem your certificate at that time, as the appointment was not rescheduled or canceled, the gift certificate will then be voided. 
                           

Payment & Gratuity
We accept Cash, Credit, or Check. Gratuity is solely up to the discretion of our guests, and is not required, but is definitely appreciated.

Insurance Clients
We accept several insurance carriers, please check with Susie at the front desk for a full list. Insurance can be used for Treatment Massage ONLY. You cannot combine your insurance with an Atlas Gift Certificate or use it for any Massage Promotions or other massage modalities, it must ONLY be used for Treatment Massage with a prescription from your physician. Thank you. 

Cell Phones & Technology
Cell phones, ipads, ipods, and any other individual technological device that makes noise or distracts Guests or Therapists from the treatment, must be turned off before coming into our space. We appreciate your cooperation.

Visitor's & Children
We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment area of the space, unless you are directly complying with our Treatment Age Restriction Policy. All non-clients must remain in the waiting area. We ask that parents who have appointments do not bring children with them to their treatment. We ask this as not only a courtesy to other clients, but for the Guest receiving the treatment, that you allow yourself space to heal and enjoy time for yourself.

Treatment Age Restriction
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval and or accompaniment of an adult. Should the client be underage a Minor Consent Form must be signed and the parent or guardian of the minor must be present during the time of treatment.
