Chloe Formulary brings trauma-informed and affirming healthcare to the Atlas Chiropractic Health Center community. A Doctor of Chinese Medicine, Chloe provides comprehensive care rooted in acupuncture and herbal medicine, helping patients navigate complex and often challenging health issues.


Chloe first studied as a mechanical engineer, which taught her to think in systems—a mindset that became invaluable in Chinese medicine. After leaving engineering, a search for a herbalist led her down the path to becoming one herself.


When she dove into Chinese medicine, she realized how much it aligns with the scientific method. Every day, she designs and tests "experiments" with her patients. You bring your knowledge, and she brings her practice of this ancient wisdom to find the most effective path to wellness.

With a background as a mechanical engineer, Chloe approaches the human body as a complex, adaptive system. This early education influences her clinical work, where she collaborates with patients to design their treatment solutions. Her style is adaptive and gentle. Just as an engineer can find multiple ways to solve a problem, Chloe works closely with each patient to find the most effective and comfortable path. If a technique doesn't feel right, she has many other options to approach the health goal, ensuring continuous patient consent through attentive interaction. Chloe specializes in treating complex cases, including:

Georgetown

This is a space shared with a counselor, a physiotherapist and with Root Force pelvic health. Chloe practices here on Mondays. There is great coffee across the street at All City Coffee and usually lots of street parking available. There is a set of stairs leading up to the treatment room. Bathroom is gender neutral.

This space is within Atlas Chiropractic Health Center. It is centrally located in Seattle near the Seattle University Campus. Short term parking is ample in the neighborhood and there is reserved parking for visitors in the building. This is an accessible space with ramps and an elevator. Bathrooms are gendered W/M.
