Originally from Panama City, Florida, Chrissy moved to Seattle in 2021 after several years living in Savannah and Atlanta. She brings more than a decade of customer service and administrative experience to the clinic and oversees insurance billing, authorizations, appeals, benefit verification, and patient concerns. Before entering the healthcare field, Chrissy spent ten years working as a special needs nanny, giving her extensive experience navigating diverse personalities, needs, and communication styles. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, attending concerts, and watching Chinese and Korean dramas, and she is always happy to share recommendations.

Front Desk Admin
Born and raised in Seattle, Falisha has a deep appreciation for the city and the community she grew up in. She brings a strong background in care-focused work, including nannying, caregiving, and doula support, before transitioning into healthcare administration. At Atlas Chiropractic Health Center, she assists with patient relations, scheduling, insurance verification, and front desk communication. Known for her warm and upbeat personality, she helps create a welcoming environment for every patient who walks through the door. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, creating and admiring art, playing cozy games, and watching films with friends.

Quality Control Supervisor
Bear is Atlas Chiropractic Health Center’s beloved German Shepherd and unofficial Quality Control Supervisor. He takes his role very seriously and can often be found greeting patients, supervising office activities, or napping in strategic locations. Bear brings calm, comfort, and a sense of home to the clinic, making visits more enjoyable for patients of all ages. Whether he is offering a quiet presence during treatments or simply keeping watch over his humans, Bear is an essential part of the ACHC team and a favorite among regular visitors.
