She graduated from the Brenneke School of Massage in Seattle in 2008 after earning her B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2005, giving her a strong foundation in human anatomy, movement science, and therapeutic bodywork.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, Aimee specializes in Swedish, sports, deep tissue, myofascial release, and neuromuscular techniques. She often incorporates heat therapy, hot stones, and cupping into her treatments, allowing her to create tailored sessions that address each patient’s specific needs. Her approach blends technical expertise with a calm, intuitive presence, helping patients find relief from chronic pain, injury, tension, or everyday stress.
Aimee works closely with Dr. Xidos to provide integrated, patient-centered care. Her ability to adapt her techniques, collaborate on treatment plans, and support long-term mobility goals makes her a trusted practitioner among patients seeking both therapeutic results and deep relaxation.
Aimee also adds warmth, humor, and a welcoming presence to our office culture, and yes, she fully enjoys working alongside Dr. Xidos’ German Shepherd, Bear, who claims her as one of his favorite humans.
Outside the office, Aimee is all about staying active and enjoying life. She loves going to the gym, exploring different food spots, and listening to dance, hip hop, reggae, and R&B. She also enjoys spending time with her three grand-nieces and has a creative side. She even used to DJ.
